If you can describe in detail the problems you are experiencing, it will be easier for us to make an accurate diagnosis of what is wrong and we will be more likely to arrive and fix your mal-function in just one visit. Perhaps your appliance is making strange noises or smells, or is heating up when it should be cooling down, or vice versa, or perhaps it simply won’t do what it is supposed to!

What happens after you submit your request

Our technical support team will review your concern, will collect all the details from both the technician and the call centre. After the review, a customer service representative will connect with you over Email or Phone with the investigation results.
